2а) ЭТО ТО ЧЕГО НЕ ХВАТАЕТ

$ cat /etc/auto.master

/mnt/auto       /etc/auto.tab   --timeout=5
------------------------------------------------

> 3) создал ссылку:
> ln -s /mnt/auto/floppy /mnt/floppy/auto
>
> 4) перезапустил сервис
> service autofs restart
ОК
