I just checked in a new feature (to both branches): Export Multiple.
Here's a screenshot:

Seeing that "Split at labels" was one of the largest feature requests,
I decided to do one better and make it easy to export multiple files
at once, either by track or using labels.  You can name the files
using the track or label names, or number them consecutively with
any prefix.  All existing export formats are supported.
